Case Study #1
FirstCom is a production music company that sells to the motion picture, television, radio, agency, and corporate markets. As one of the more mature players in the market place, they were suffering from an aging brand image. Although a long-time industry leader and innovator, FirstCom was beginning to lose market share to up-and-comers with more hip and contemporary images. And as one of the first and major players in the industry, they were being ignored for important editorial content in the top trade publications.
Our research (surveys, communications audits, market studies) showed us that, while they were still considered “among the best” in the industry, their image as an “older, less cutting-edge” option was beginning to impact their bottom line.
Partnering with sister company TagTeam Creative Advertising Agency, INCITE! recommended leveraging their 25th anniversary and their “leadership” position in the marketplace by affecting all new creative execution including a revised brand position, key messaging and logo, and creative, edgy advertising campaign. We then executed a comprehensive public and media relations campaign to include personal media visits to the top trade publications.
The plan is currently being implemented by the client. Current client feedback indicates complete satisfaction with the TagTeam and INCITE! plan. Thorough research helped validate and confirm what the client already knew to be their main challenge and opened the doors to other opportunities.

EQ3 is a luxury Canadian lifestyle concept that recently expanded into North America. INCITE! Public Relations and Promotions managed the grand opening and promotion of EQ3’s Dallas store. Breaking into the Dallas market as a relatively unknown brand, INCITE! developed a campaign targeting architects and interior designers along with end-consumers and brought in promotion partners such as Grey Goose and Aston Martin. The successful launch party resulted in follow-up visits from designers and their clients and coverage in the Dallas Morning News, D Magazine and several lifestyle blogs.
Case Study #3JMJ Holdings is an ultra-luxury real estate development firm based in Dallas. With real estate construction projects all over the world, JMJ Holdings needed an overall communications strategy based primarily around new project announcements and brand development. By writing and distributing strategic press releases and leveraging close media relations, INCITE! was able to get JMJ featured in high net worth publications from Dallas to Dubai and positioned them as the authority on U.S. real estate investment in the United Arab Emirates.
